Thank you for choosing Lumisha (“we”, “us”, “our”). We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Please read this Cancellation & Refunds Policy carefully.

1. Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel a service or order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@lumisha.in or phone at +91 33 35980152.

  • Cancellations are accepted if made within 24 hours of placing the order/service request and before any work has commenced.

  • Once work has begun (time logged, tasks started, etc.), cancellation may not be possible or may incur charges for the work already done.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • If we fail to deliver services as per the agreed scope, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with detailed feedback. We will attempt to correct or redo the work. If correction is not possible, a refund may be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

3. Non-refundable Items / Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds (unless required by law):

  • Fees for work already performed or hours already logged.

  • Custom work already commenced or delivered per accepted scope.

  • Services provided via third‑party tools or platforms where we do not have refund control.

  • Change of mind, delays in customer’s response, or failure by the customer to provide necessary information.

4. How to Request a Refund

  2. We may request supporting documentation (e.g. time logs, proof of delivery).

  3. Once approved, we will initiate refund via the original payment method (bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.).

5. Modifications

Lumisha reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
