1. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service or order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@lumisha.in or phone at +91 33 35980152.

Cancellations are accepted if made within 24 hours of placing the order/service request and before any work has commenced.

Once work has begun (time logged, tasks started, etc.), cancellation may not be possible or may incur charges for the work already done.
2. Refunds

Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If we fail to deliver services as per the agreed scope, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with detailed feedback. We will attempt to correct or redo the work. If correction is not possible, a refund may be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
3. Non-refundable Items / Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds (unless required by law):

Fees for work already performed or hours already logged.

Custom work already commenced or delivered per accepted scope.

Services provided via third‑party tools or platforms where we do not have refund control.

Change of mind, delays in customer’s response, or failure by the customer to provide necessary information.
4. How to Request a Refund

We may request supporting documentation (e.g. time logs, proof of delivery).

Once approved, we will initiate refund via the original payment method (bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.).

Lumisha reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
