Since Lumisha offer digital / virtual services (not physical goods), we may or may not need a shipping policy. If we sell physical goods in future, you can use this as a base:

1. Physical Goods & Shipping

  • All physical products purchased via this site shall be shipped within [X business days] of confirmation of order.

  • Shipping is available to India and international destinations. Shipping charges will depend on destination, weight, and shipping method chosen at checkout.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For deliveries outside India, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by destination country.

  • We do not guarantee that items will clear customs.


4. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@lumisha.in within 7 days of delivery date or expected delivery date.

  • Provide order number, photos of damage (if any), and any proof of postage. We will work with carrier to resolve.


5. Changes to Shipping Policy

  • We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with revised date.
